Best New Product Competition Adds Sustainability Category for 2010
This new award category, Sustainability, recognizes products that are coffee or tea related and offer a positive environmental or ecological benefit. Entrants in this category must accompany their Entry Form with a 100-word description on how their product is sustainable and define its green benefits and impact. Green coffee and tea leaves are not eligible.

New: Green Your Booth and Be Recognized
For the first time ever, SCAA is recognizing Exhibitors that are taking steps to be more environmentally-conscious at The Event. If you feel your company should be recognized for its efforts, email Alexandra Katona-Carroll at sustainability@scaa.org with a 100-word max description describing your efforts to be “greener”. This can include more thoughtful shipping and purchasing decisions, such as replacing plastic ware with a compostable option, but will be determined on a case by case basis. As our way of saying thanks, we’ll provide you two free Trade Show Exhibit Hall passes, along with recognition in the Exposition Guide, The Chronicle and SCAA’s website.
